Nate Ferguson, also known as Nate Sells VA, works with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Penfed Realty, one of the largest and most successful real estate brokerages in the country.

Here is a little more info about me:

I am your REALTOR® for buying, selling, and renting real estate in Virginia! 

A native Virginian, I was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area. I have extensive personal knowledge of Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. I graduated from Stafford High School and have degrees in Business Administration from both Germanna Community College and Old Dominion University. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR). Additionally, I am an active member of the Rappahannock Rotary Satellite Club and the Fredericksburg Branch NAACP. I also serve on the DEI Committee within FAAR. I like to donate my spare time to several local non-profits such as Fredericksburg Food Bank, The Salvation Army, Gwyneth's Gift Foundation, and Micah Ecumenical Ministries. I enjoy giving back to my community whenever possible. One of my favorite things is spending time with my family and friends. I can often be seen walking around Downtown Fredericksburg or on the Canal Path, taking in the natural beauty of the area.

My previous work experience has endowed me with a wealth of knowledge that makes me an ideal real estate agent. My background in education and management has made me efficient, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized in my work. I am a good communicator and a pragmatic problem-solver. I constantly strive to better serve my clients and have made a high-level commitment to my real estate education through being mentored and coached by some of the area’s top producers. My passion is getting sellers maximum value for their property and matching people with homes they love. I love what I do and there is nothing like seeing my clients happy with my work!
